Putting it together – the Annual General Meeting
This session is aimed at Executive Directors and Board Members, who need to plan and conduct an Annual General Meeting. The session will cover the requirements of legislation and bylaws, and outline the roles of the participants, the items that need to be discussed and best practices for getting decisions made in a timely manner. Participants will receive a planning checklist, a sample Agenda and Minutes.
